PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The Head of Health, Safety and Risk Management unit shall be the principal advisor of the General Manager on all matters concerning health, safety and risk management in the Company.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists and supports the General Manager in carrying out health, safety and risk management polices in the Company as specified by the Board;
Reviews the designs and implementation of health, safety and risk management plans and programs in the Company;
Implements a set of health, safety and risk metrics and reports, including losses and incidents, key health, safety and risk exposures and early warning indicators;
Reviews policies and strategies for health, safety and risk management;
Reviews health, safety and risk reports;
Improves the Company's health, safety and risk management readiness through communication and training programs;
Ensures that the Company is in substantial compliance with its internal operating policies and procedures and any legal, regulatory or contractual requirements; and
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by superiors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Holder of a Master Degree in Health/Safety/Risk Management or equivalent Qualification from a recognized institution;
WORKING EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years working experience from a recognized Organization, of which 3 years must be at senior level. Proven high administrative and managerial ability in the oil and gas industry is essential.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The Manager - Distribution, Logistics and Operation shall assist the General Manager in daily distribution logistic and operations activities of petroleum products.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that distribution, logistics and operations of petroleum products is well managed;
Implement Policies, Procedures and Methodology to improve cost effectiveness and integrity within the supply chain.
Prepare product demand forecast based on historical sales to determine product order quantities;
Manage the supply chain process flow in terms of import documentation from the supply source to the host depot;
Monitors processes involved in the supply chain by liaising with parties such as EWURA, TPA, Shipping Agents, TRA together with products
suppliers;
Coordinate transit business processes and ensure proper TRA documentation and timely bond cancellation;
Acquire new business and prepare project proposal for technical action;
Supervise Marketing Representatives, through planning and implementing sales, customer relations, and sales team development programs;
Identify and evaluate current and new customer potentials, prioritizing opportunities for closure;
Set out database for local market prices of white products;
Monitor the effective and efficient operation of petroleum products network distribution system;
Draw and manage transporter's contracts and all fuel hospitality agreements with other oil companies;
Monitor stock position and produce daily reports and as when required and
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by superiors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Holder of Degree in Business Administration or Procurement or Chemical and Process Engineering or any other relevant field. Experience in managing the fuel supply chain process and knowledge of software application for petroleum operations will be an added advantage.

Tanzania Red Cross Society (TRCS) is one of the largest humanitarian organizations in Tanzania. The TRCS vision is a strong, credible and dependable national institution that supplements government efforts in achieving social and economic justice and growth through the provision of effective humanitarian services in the country. TRCS is looking for a qualified person to fill the above position, in support of the Zuia Mafuriko Dar -es- Salaam project, implemented in close collaboration with American Red Cross (ARC) and the World Bank. This project is focused on strengthening urban resilience towards flooding throughout Dar es Salaam. This project will focus on extensive participatory community mapping, flood early warning and the creation of community disaster preparedness and response teams. The project will also pilot an innovative approach to flood early warning called Forecast Based Financing. The position is full time based in TRCS National Headquarters in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and will report to the Director of Disaster Management.

Specific duties and accountabilities:
1.Ensure the project stays on time, scope and budget.
2.In close consultation with TRCS and ARC technical teams, provide technical guidance in
intervention design, implementation and performance management
3.Support TRCS field teams, including staff and volunteers in the preparation of community level
disaster preparedness and response plans and training of community responders.
4.Work closely with the ARC Country and Regional teams to support the project's collaborative
partnerships with the World Bank, Ardhi University, Tanzania Meteorological Agency, Dar es
Salaam Municipal Authorities, Humanitarian Open Streetmap, the Danish Red Cross and the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, as well as other relevant entities.

Qualifications and Expectations: Minimum of bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, disaster management, climate change adaptation, project management or related fields is required. Masters degree is preferred. Five years or more of working experience in the NGO/CBO sector, leading or managing projects. Previous experience with climate risk management projects, community mapping or community managed disaster risk reduction programs is strongly preferred. Previous experience implementing and managing programs in an urban setting is an added advantage. S/he must be fluent in both English and Kiswahili, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

HJFMRI is funded by the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief PEPFAR.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHSW), HJFMRI has been leading a comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment program in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania since 2004 with support from the President's Emergency Plans for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The program is based in the Mbeya and has since extended to more than 100 health facilities in Mbeya, Rukwa and Ruvuma regions, which collectively represent a catchment area of about 6 million people. Mbeya region is one of high prevalence regions in Tanzania and expansion of HIV care and treatment programs is critical.

Job Title: Regional Program Manager
Reports to: Regional Implementation Director

General Overview:
The regional Program Manager will oversee HIV/AIDS care and treatment services in the respective region. The Regional Program Manager will provide leadership and management oversight, and will report to the Regional Implementation Director located at the HJFMRI headquarters in Mbeya.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support to care and treatment, PMTCT, counseling testing. .
Provide 'support to the Regional Medical Office and District Health Offices in planning,
coordinating and supervision of regional wide scale up of HIV/AIDS services
Monitor and evaluate of HIV/AIDS services in collaboration with HJFMRI M&E team, program performance in the regions.
Coordinate HIV/AIDS related training activities for health workers and community workers in palliative care
Develop timely and accurate reports and documenting project lessons learnt and best practices .
Provide an ongoing programmatic, management and financial oversight of funded activities required by the project.
Attend meetings both in Mbeya and where necessary in other regions as may be required, including Dar es salaam.
Provide technical support to the HIV works done/performed by NGOs and CSOs in the region
Ensure improved linkages between health facility care with community palliative services provided by CHBC givers.
Strengthen and ensure continuum of care and a good flow of patient movement in the form of referral system to and from all health facility levels, home setting and the community.
Build capacity and provide technical support, project/programme and financial managerial support to NGOs and CSOs as well as to formal and inform community groups engaged in HIV/AIDS, PEPFAR funded activities.
Ensure strengthened linkage, coordination and partnership between the public regional health sector, community local partners and their corresponding Council Multi-sector AIDS Committees (CMACs)
Any other duties or assignment in the support of the programme implementation and improvement

Qualifications:
Training as MD required. Masters in Public Health or equivalent desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in HIV/AIDS programming and clinical experience in management of HIV/AIDS patients.
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time within the region
Clear understanding of Tanzania health structure and system
Diplomatic and culturally sensitive with excellent communications skills.
Demonstrated initiative, creativity and flexibility in problem solving.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR GRADE II – 1 POSTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performance Auditor identifies audit problems, design audits, collects data through various methods such as interviews, documents reviews, surveys, focus group discussions etc., and analyses them, draft and present Performance Audit Report.

• The work entails frequent interaction with staff and managers of the audited entities and other stakeholders in the area of audit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field from a recognized institution of higher learning.

• Use of computer and application of software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be an essential requirement. Training in research methods will be an added advantage.

• must be registered by their respective professional bodies as graduate quantity surveyor

• Applicant should have a minimum of two years working experience in the relevant field. Candidates with experience from investigative/evaluative work will be given priority.
