Qualifications and Experience:

Holder of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least a Lower Second Class;
Fully Computer Literate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot the Board's Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area
Network (WAN);
To analyze and recommend to the Manager ICT on development/ upgrading of ICT Systems;
To install, configure, update and maintain computers, programs;
To maintain the inventory of all lCT equipments of the Board;
To prepare specifications for new Hardware s or Softwares to be purchased by the Board;
To carry out regular updates of antivirus software s;
To maintain the Boards Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN);
To design; implement and update network devices configurations (routers, firewalls, servers etc.);
To carry out regular checkups and maintenance of the computer Hardware;
To perform regular backups of data for all systems;
To maintain the Board's offsite back up sites;
To perform any other functions as may be directed by his/her Supervisor.

v. Timely collect bank statements by issuing a request note to bank showing cover period for bank statement requested in order to facilitate preparation of bank Reconciliation statements
vi. Safe keep all accounting documents by filling all payment vouchers, receipt and other in an orderly manner for easy tracing and retrieval
vii. Perform any other duties related to the job as may be assigned by principal financial accountant from time to time

o Qualifications:  The holder of this position must have a first degree in Business management, marketing, advertising or any equivalent qualification thereof; Plus a Masters degree with specialization in product designing or promotion.

o Experience: at least Five (5) years work experience in a reputable organization preferably in product designing and promotion.
