JOB VACANCY
TANZANIA COFFEE DEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND (TCDTF)
Tanzania Coffee Development Trust Fund (TCDF) is a Stakeholder Trustee, a crop Development Finance
Institution vested with the responsibility of providing sustainable
financial solutions to the Coffee sector development activities.
The Fund invites applications from suitable candidates to fill in the Fund Manager vacant position:
POST: FUND MANAGER
The holder of this position is the Chief Executive Officer charged with overall leadership and management of the Fund.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should fulfil the following conditions:
• First Degree in Finance; Accounting! Marketing, Agr. economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Master’s Degree in either Finance Management, Accounting or Economics from a recognized university.
• Proven record of competence in financial management and general administration In a reputable institution.
• Be entrepreneurial, self-driven individual of impeccable integrity:
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and computer proficiency.
EXPERIENCE
• Have a minimum of 10 years of working experience at senior management
level in a successful organization preferably a financial institution.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Background in project management and development Finance will be an added advantage.
• Proven excellent track record of leadership and the ability to put
together motivate and retain a cohesive management team and an efficient
workforce.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the Trust:
• Developing and implementing business plans in support of the Trustee's strategies of creating financial capacity;
• Providing support and advice to the Board on various ways of sourcing
funds to create capacity to the trustee to support coffee growers,
• Cultivating sound, relationships With Government Agencies, local and international business partners and coffee stakeholders.
• Efficiently managing the Fund's assets and finances in order to enhance effectiveness.
• Preparation and presentation of operations budget and statutory reports to the Board;
• Ensuring compliance will all statutory requirements.
• CEO, and overall in charge of the Fund team of staff and employees
• Secretary to the Board of Trustees.
REMUNERATIONS PACKAGE
Negotiable based on qualifications and Experience.
