Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operations of the company, specifically:
• The day to day operations at all sites that the company has;
• Spearheading tender application processes and follow up on getting new clients;
• Implementing periodic business plans & strategies as per the plans of the company;
• Collecting & collating feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in the service level;
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends

Others

• Should be extremely good communicator in English and presentable with team management skills.
• Should be a go-getter, ready to take up challenges and accomplish the tasks at hand.
