It has an outstanding loan portfolio of Tshs. 12.9 billion and an existing customer base of 40,000 clients; over 5,000 of the total customer base are small holder farmers. POSITION: CREDIT OFFICERS
If you are a Diploma Holder in Business/Management/law or equivalent and you believe that you:

Purpose of the Position
Core Function:
To build and maintain a substantial and high quality loan portfolio which involves of finding clients, implementing and managing a credit program within a designated operation area of VFT-MFG and in accordance to set policy and procedures

Reporting: Credit Officers report to the Branch Manager/Loan Supervisor
Main duties & Responsibilities
• Does client recruitment and orientation to VFT-MFC loan products and Services
• Process loan applications, Managers and controls disbursements and monitors loan repayments
• Provide quality and good customer service to clients include business counseling

Education & Special/Personal Abilities
• Excellent character and unquestionable integrity
• Ability and desire to do exact and detailed analysis for all loan applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to take on field work & have a very clean bill of health
• Motor Cycle driving License will be an added advantage
• Age limit 22-35 years
