Unitrans Tanzania Limited has the following exciting opportunity at
Kilombero and Kilosa Districts, Morogoro Region where is subcontracted
for various agricultural operations to the sugar industry.
We are currently looking for a suitably qualified, dynamic and
experienced person for the following post.

Duties & Responsibilities
-To drive truck tractor (horse truck) for spraying infield liquid
fertiliser- Trucks/vehicles driving-infield and highway
Requirements

• Must be/have completed secondary school education (form IV and above)
• A minimum of 3 years experience in truck driving
• Posses a valid driving license for truck driving

This position calls for a dynamic and qualified pro-active individual
with relevant environment in labour legal matters.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Representing the company to the Labour / Civil Court and CMA,
  advising the outcome
• Investigation of rising disciplinary matters/issues
• Management representative to lead disciplinary hearings
• Reading, designing and interpreting legal documents and contracts
• Ensuring the safety of the company from legal litigations
• Investigating cause of litigation and collecting evidence that are
  permissible in the court of law and CMA
• Keep and maintain company’s legal documents
• Preparing monthly legal /litigation monthly reports

Requirements

• Degree in Laws / Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the same or related field of
  operation
• Above average communication skills
• Dedicated and efficient
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong computer skills
