JOB TITLE: V-TRAC SYSTEMS TEAM LEADER

JOB SUMMARY:
The company requires the services of a Vtrac Systems Team Leader to be based in Dar es salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the Country Logistics Manager. The Team leader is responsible for implementation of V-TRAC systems, support smooth cooling equipment installation and coordinating V trac verification activities in the various Sales areas and Regions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing Verification documents, scanning data and generating verification reports for various sales areas.
• Maintain and ensure 100% Vtrac cooler and outlet master data.
• Systems support on Cold drink equipment installation and removal, including tracking of in-trade swops and offer consultative support to the sales team as well as handle verification issues.
• People development of team, performance management through on-going, informal performance, monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required. Leave schedules and process conducted as per policy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Statistics or other Business Management related Degrees.
• A minimum of 2 years previous sales Automation experience
• Experience in FMCG environment is an added advantage.
• Must have very strong analytical skills.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, detailed, focused and systems oriented.
