Job title: SALES AGENT/ FREERANCER_ (BELOW 30YEARS BASED IN MBEYA)
Reporting to: MANAGER
Payment: Tsh300, 000 per 100 new clients brought by you
• Tsh600, 000 per 200 new clients brought by you
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To generate new clients who will use our services (NOT products).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• To identify clients who are interested with our services (NOT products).
• To collect details of clients who are both interested and not interested with our services
• Other duties assigned by Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good convincing and persuasion skills.
• Ability to walk for long distance.
• Ability to meet the sales targets.
• NB: The applicant should be below 30years and already be living in Mbeya city
