STAMIGOLD Company Limited - Biharamulo Mine is a subsidiary company of the State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) operating a gold mine. The Mine is located in the Blhararnulo Forest Reserve, South West of Mwanza in Kagera Region. In order to run the mine effectively and efficiently; the Company invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the existing vacancy as detailed below:-

Work Station. Biharamulo Mine Site
Work Roster: 6/3(42 days on, 21 days off)
Contract Duration: Not exceeding two years, subject to renewal

BOILERMAKER (01)

THE ROLE:
The Boiler maker will be reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor and will be aligning structures or plate sections to assembles boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To ensure that equipment is maintained to the highest level Prioritization of breakdowns in timely and accurate manner Giving a report on the progress of mobile workshop improvement projects
• Reading, understanding and applying information from technical manual prints and schematics
• Maintaining workshop supplies and tools
• Educating customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations and providing general customer service
• Maintaining records of services and providing a report on paperwork .
• Other duties in line with this job title as assigned by the Supervisor

• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner at international standards
• Able to promote safe work practice at work place
• Must have a valid Tanzanian Driving License

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Trade qualified FTC/Trade test Grade on Fabrication/Boilermaker
• Post trade Studies-Engineering/Maintenance Trade.
• A minimum of three years' experience in the mining industry
