Description

A Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in reservations as Assistant Manager or in Front Office Operations.
Microsoft office skills i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint etc.
Fluent in English and Swahili both written and spoken. An additional foreign language will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Hospitality Management systems i.e. Micros Opera or Fidelio.
Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to details, customer service.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
Ability to work in a team environment.
