Looking for a job? Kiswila is currently hiring and looking for a senior Medical Doctor, preferably Western Educated and Western Qualified, with at least 3-4 years of work experience. As a DISPENSARY DIRECTOR you will:
-Assume overall responsibility for the effective, efficient and cost-effective operation of the dispensary
-Direct, coordinate and evaluate the activities of the dispensary for the purpose of maintaining optimal delivery of patient care.
-Promote the mission and philosophy of the hospital by acting in a caring, courteous and confidential manner towards patients, visitors, colleagues and staff, and by performing your duties and responsibilities according to the expected standards in order to fully meet patient care needs
-Directly report to the Managing Director
