DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(i)Drives institutional vehicles
(ii)Maintains logbooks
(iii)Responsible for safe-keeping of the vehicle and tools  entrusted to
   him/her
(iv)Maintains disciplined behavior and proper conduct in rendering services to
   his/her assignees
(v)Maintains cleanliness of the vehicle and tools
(vi)Carryout minor mechanical repairs
(vii)Reports promptly any defect or problems detected in vehicle
(viii)Performs messengerial duties such as dispatching documents/letters,
   collecting mail, photocopying of documents and any other duties as may be
   assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of Form IV/VI Secondary Education with passes in Kiswahili and English.  He/She must have a valid class C Driving License with working experience of two years.  Possession of Trade Test Grade II certificate from recognized Institutions such as NIT or VETA will be added an advantage.

REMUNERATION: Salary Scale PGSS 1.1
