Job Description

Position: Sales Representatives
Supervisor: Country Manager

1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
3. Seeks out and assists in developing new enterprise investments for the company
4. Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company in order to establish the clients’ needs and formulate solutions
5.  Work with both technical and sales teams to develop proposals that answer the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Present new products and services and enhance existing clients’ relationships.
7. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
8. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
9. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
10. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
11. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree or Diploma  in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field of study
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer
• Experience of product or brand management, i.e. simultaneous management of product marketing and communications.
