AUDIT SENIOR ROLE
Reporting to the audit manager and/or audit partner, the audit senior’s role is to:
-Lead engagement teams to ensure work performed meets quality assurance standards and is executed in line with the RSM audit methodology
-Develop the audit plan to address the risks identified and the client’s unique operating structure
-Proactively manage client issues and expectations by providing optimal business solutions tailored to meet the needs of the clients
-Provide on-the job training and supervision of the audit team
-Bring to the attention of audit manager/audit partner significant matters arising on the assignment

Qualifications/ Requirements
-Qualified CPA (T), ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification (University degree in areas of Finance will be an added advantage)
-Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position and at least five years of combined audit experience
-Excellent inter-personal, report writing and communication skills
-Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing
-Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
