The US Embassy is seeking an individual for the position of Audio/Visual (A/V) Information Assistant and Photographer in the Public Affairs Section.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The AV Information Assistant and Photographer is responsible for all A/V support for the Public Affairs Section (PAS). This includes setting up sound systems, microphones, podiums, computers, props and other equipment as needed for a variety of public events both at the Embassy and at other locations. This also includes serving as the PAS photographer and videographer, and working with other PAS staff to apply those photos and videos to create public diplomacy products such as the website, social media, videos and various publications. In addition, the A/V Information Assistant advises the PAS staff on the maintenance and selection of A/V equipment and materials.
